Workshops

• Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in the workshop.
• If you have paid in full and need to cancel, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice to receive a refund, with the deposit amount deducted.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable due to limited availability and the difficulty of filling the spot on short notice.
• If you choose to cancel, you may use the deposit as credit toward a future workshop instead.
• You are welcome to reschedule your workshop at no additional cost, subject to availability.

 

Reiki Mastership Programme

• Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your place in the programme.
• If you have paid in full and need to cancel before the programme begins, you must provide at least 14 days’ notice to receive a refund, with the deposit amount deducted.
• If you opt for monthly payments, they must be collected promptly as agreed.
• Once the programme begins, full payment is still required, even if you are paying in monthly installments.
• In extenuating circumstances, and if other Reiki Mastership programmes are running at the same time, you may be able to join another group to make up missed workshops, subject to availability.

 

Treatments

• Due to limited appointment availability, treatment payments are nonrefundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.
• If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment without penalty.

 

By booking a workshop, treatment, or Reiki Mastership Programme, you agree to these terms. These policies ensure fairness and allow for the smooth running of sessions while accommodating as many clients as possible.
