2. Nature of Services

Razure Energy Healing provides spiritual, energetic, educational and meditative services, including:

• Workshops (online & in-person)
• Reiki, Sekhem, Seichim, Egyptian Sekhem, Unity Field Healing & related mastership training
• Energy healing treatments and sessions
• In-person workshops, digital products & online courses

We do NOT:

• Provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services
• Diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions
• Offer guaranteed results
• Replace professional medical advice

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ to use our services unless otherwise stated.
• By using our website or attending services, you confirm your information is accurate and complete.

4. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, disrupt service, or attempt unauthorized access. Account information must be kept confidential.

5. Digital Products & Online Courses

We offer self-paced courses, recorded trainings, downloadable materials and other digital goods.

5.1 Access

Access is delivered online via secure login or email. You are responsible for providing the correct contact details.

5.2 Intellectual Property

All courses, manuals, videos, audios, symbols, frameworks, and materials are the intellectual property of Razure Energy Healing.

Copying, sharing, teaching, redistributing, or modifying them is prohibited.

6. Workshops & Events (Online & In-Person)

Workshops may include Reiki, Egyptian Sekhem, Seichim meditation, spiritual development and other forms of energetic training.

6.1 Registration & Attendance

Your space is reserved only after payment or deposit is received.

6.2 Workshop Terms

• Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in the workshop.
• If you have paid in full and need to cancel, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice to receive a refund, with the deposit amount deducted.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable due to limited availability and schedule commitments.
• If you choose to cancel, you may use the deposit as credit toward a future workshop instead.
• You are welcome to reschedule your workshop at no additional cost, subject to availability.

7. Professional Training & Mastership Programmes

7.1 Participation

Includes Reiki, Sekhem, Egyptian Sekhem, and other energy mastery programmes.

7.2 Your Original Mastership Terms

• Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your place in the programme.
• If you have paid in full and need to cancel before the programme begins, you must provide at least 14 days’ notice to receive a refund, with the deposit amount deducted.
• If you opt for monthly payments, they must be collected promptly as agreed.
• Once the programme begins, full payment is still required, even if you are paying in monthly instalments.
• In extenuating circumstances, and if other (same course) Mastership programmes are running at the same time, you may be able to join another group to make up missed workshops, subject to availability.

7.3 Certification

Certification is not guaranteed and may depend on attendance, participation, practice hours, assessment, and trainer discretion.

8. Treatments & 1:1 Energy Healing Sessions

8.1 Nature of Sessions

Energy healing sessions are complementary spiritual practices, not medical treatments.

8.2 Treatment Terms

• Due to limited appointment availability, treatment payments are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.
• If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment without penalty.

8.3 Your Responsibility

You agree to disclose relevant health conditions and continue any prescribed medical treatment. You accept full responsibility for your wellbeing.

9. Payment & Refund Policy (General)

9.1 Payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store card details.

9.2 Digital Products

Refunds may be available within 7 days only if no content has been accessed or downloaded.

9.3 Chargebacks

You agree to contact us to resolve any issues before you initiate a chargeback.

10. Behaviour & Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully in trainings, treatments, communities, and live sessions. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

11. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual outcomes
• Any direct or indirect damages or losses
• Decisions you make based on our content
• Service interruptions or technical issues

You participate at your own risk.
