Egyptian Sekhem Level One is the beginning of your journey into this powerful Egyptian healing system.
Whether you’re completely new to energy healing or already have experience with Reiki or another modality, Egyptian Sekhem is accessible to both beginners and experienced energy healers alike. There are no prerequisites. Everyone begins at Level One because it provides the foundations for understanding how Egyptian Sekhem works and how to practise it with confidence, awareness and responsibility.

Unlike many healing systems where the energy is understood to flow automatically once activated, Egyptian Sekhem teaches that conscious intention is central to the healing process. Your awareness, focus and intention become an active part of working with the energy.
One of the key differences between Egyptian Sekhem and systems such as Reiki lies in the way the energy is understood to move through the practitioner.
In Egyptian Sekhem, the energy is drawn from the Soul Chakra above the head, through the Crown Chakra, down through the body’s central channel into the Earth Chakra, approximately twelve inches beneath the feet. From there, it rises back through the body and is expressed through the Heart Centre.
This continual connection between heaven, earth and the heart forms one of the foundations of Egyptian Sekhem practice. Rather than simply acting as a channel, the practitioner learns to work consciously with intention, presence and awareness, allowing the heart to become the centre from which the healing is expressed.
This understanding shapes the way Egyptian Sekhem is practised from the very beginning and is one of the defining characteristics that distinguishes it from Reiki and many other energy healing systems.
Throughout the course you’ll gradually build your understanding through teaching, discussion, guided experiences and practical exercises. Nothing is rushed. Each part of the training prepares you for the next, allowing you to develop both a practical understanding of the system and confidence in your own experience.
